The Weekly Psych Session
ÂÜÀòÊÓƵ Medical and Counselling Centre offers a free weekly workshop for ÂÜÀòÊÓƵ students to help them develop new skills and tools to tackle the various challenges students face.
Each week one of our Psychologists will work with students to manage a range of challenges students face today – such as goal setting, connecting with others, managing stress, and overcoming procrastination.
The Weekly Psych Session is presented online via Zoom.
