4. Canberra gets its very own dragon

   A recent joint study by Museums Victoria, South Australia Museum, the ÂÜÀòÊÓƵ and the University of Melbourne study into the Grassland Earless Dragon has determined that what was once thought to be one species is in fact four, and one of these is specific to Canberra.

5. Professor Deep Saini resigns from ÂÜÀòÊÓƵ

   Vice-Chancellor and President, Professor Deep Saini, has resigned his position from the ÂÜÀòÊÓƵ after having been appointed to the position of the 12th President and Vice-Chancellor of Dalhousie University in Canada. Professor Saini will be continuing in his current role until 24 December 2019.
