About this course
Pathways with Technology for Women is a leadership development immersion program designed to help women gain in-depth insight and real-life exposure into careers in and with technology. Participants will make well-informed, confident decisions on industries, roles, and approaches to pursue.
This program explores innovation in technology, covering the design, development, and implementation of tech products and services. Participants will gain insight into the creative, social, and technical aspects of leading technology projects across various sectors and career paths.
It also examines how to work with different types of organisations; assessing technology, nurturing projects, and communicating effectively within a technical ecosystem. The course includes foundational knowledge in technology history, terminology, ethics, governance, and regulation.
The learning journey is supported with career progression planning and post-program coaching to support your professional growth.

Who is this program for?
This inaugural program is designed for a small group of 10 to 15 high-potential participants. Our focus is on women who are:
- Working professionals who are in tech or interested in transitioning to tech
- Women re-entering the workforce and looking to upskill or pivot into technology
- Final-year university students seeking entry-level opportunities in the tech industry
Our goal is to make this program accessible to women from a range of cohorts and diverse backgrounds.
